Head Coach
Rich Ferris begins first year as head coach and his eighth year in the Bulldog program. Ferris, a native of Dillon is a 1990 graduate of Beaverhead County High School and a 1996 graduate of Western Montana College.During his Bulldog playing career, Ferris was a two-time first team All-Conference and first team All-American safety. In 1996, he was named the Frontier Conference Defensive Player of the Year. After college, Ferris played a year of professional football for the Russelsheim Razorbacks in Germany. He then returned back to Montana where he coached and taught at Darby. From there, he was a graduate assistant at Humboldt State while working on his Masters Degree. He was inducted into the Montana Western Athletic Hall of Fame in 2006. Ferris and his wife Trenna, are the parents of three-year old old Breck and seven-month old Braedon. Trenna is also a graduate of Western. |

Linebackers He is 1995 graduate of Eatonville High School of Eatonville, Wash., a 2004 graduate of Eastern Oregon University and is currently working on his masters in special education. Domser spent four years as an assistant on the Eastern Oregon staff. He came to Montana Western from Buchanan High School of Clovis, California. Domser and his wife Karla are the parents of two-year old Clara. |

Offensive Coordinator
Pohai Lee is in his second year as an assistant on the Bulldog staff and his first season as Offensive Coordinator. Running Backs He is a 1984 graduate of St. Louis High School of Honolulu, Hawaii and a 1989 graduate of the University of Montana/ He coached on the high school level in Oregon and Hawaii. Collegiately, he coached at Western Oregon and Thomas More College. |

Wide Receivers
Cory Creighton is in his third year as an assistant after a successful career as a Bulldog player. Creighton is a 2000 graduate of Colony High School of Palmer, Alaska. He earned All-Conference honors in football and All-Conference and All-State honors in soccer. As a Bulldog, he earned All-Conference honors in both his junior seasons. He is a 2005 graduate of Montana Western with a degree in business administration. Creighton is married to the former Alyssa Matter, also a Montana Western graduate. They are the parents of twin girls. In addition to his coaching duties, he is an admissions representative. |

Quarterbacks
Travis Kirby is in his second season on the Bulldog staff after a successful career as a Bulldog player.
He is a 1999 graduate of Lakewood High School of Lakewood, Wash. He earned All-League, All-Conference, All-Area and All-State honors. During his prep career, Kirby set two Washington state passing records. In his Bulldog career, he earned All-Conference honors and led the Bulldogs to two conference co-championships. Kirby threw for over 9000 yards. He holds one school passing record. He received a degree in business from Montana Western. Kirby is the son of Diane and Dennis Kirby. |

Mike Schmidt begins his third year as an assistant after his successful career as a Bulldog player. He is a 2000 graduate of CMR High School of Great Falls where he earned All-Conference and All-State Honors. Schmidt transferred to Western from Montana State University. He is a three-time All-Conference Selection. Schmidt graduated from Montana Western with a degree in business. He the son of Ken and Chris Schmidt. |

Kama McKeague begins his first year as an assistant after his successful career as a Bulldog player. During his career, he earned Academic All-Conference honors and was selected to the Dean's List.McKeague will graduate in the spring of 2008 with a degree in health and human performance. He is a 2002 graduate of St. Louis High School of Honolulu, Hawaii. McKeague is the son of Samuel McKeague. |

Chris Alexander begins his first year as an student assistant on the Bulldog staff after a successful career as a player.He is a graduate of Butte High School of Butte, Mont. Alexander is majoring in secondary education/health and human performance. He is the son of Pam King and the late Bill Alexander. |
Defensive Backs
Matt Crater begins his first year as an student assistant on the Bulldog staff.Crater is a 2004 graduate of Ferris High School of Spokane, Wash. He transferred to Montana Western from Yuba College. He is the son of Skip and Nancy Crater and is majoring in secondary education/history. |
