On Sunday, September 8 Sunday, September 15 at midnight, emails will no longer be sent or received through the current email system, Hotdawg. Beginning Monday, September 9 September 16, 2013 you can access your e-mail from the website:
You will continue to have your current email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) after the conversion is completed.
Student passwords will remain the same as the one used for logging into Hotdawg and campus computers.
Faculty and Staff passwords will be reset unless you contact the TS Help Desk at 683-7777 with your Hotdawg password by 12 p.m. on Friday, September 6 September 13. If you are unable to provide TS with your password, it will be reset and you will need to contact the TS Help Desk on Monday morning to regain access to your account.
Student email will not be migrated from the Hotdawg system to the new system. Students are encouraged to forward any necessary email from Hotdawg to a personal account before Sunday, September 8 September 15 at midnight.
Faculty and Staff email will be migrated. All email & folders will be migrated to your new account. Any contacts that have been entered on Hotdawg will need to be recreated in the new system, as we are unable to migrate that data.
We at Technology Services are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. Please contact us the TS Help Desk at (406) 683-7777 for assistance.
