In-State Transfer Applicant Information

A student wishing to transfer from another unit in the Montana University System must complete the “Request for Transmittal of Application Materials”. Click here to print form. This form is available at the home institution’s Regsitrar’s Office.  Once completed, the form will be sent by the Registrar’s Office to Montana Western.

Once Montana Western has received the application materials from the home institution, we will respond in writing with an analysis of credits and coursework accepted.
