Women's basketball mount big comeback to beat Saints

University of Montana Western head volleyball coach Lisa Griffiths has announced the signing of two more volleyball players. The new Bulldogs are Dylan Fowler from Belgrade, Mont., and Britney Chilcott from Stevensville, Mont.

Bulldog football announces two signees

University of Montana Western head football coach B.J. Robertson has announced the signing of two more additions to the 2014 recruiting class. He has announced that senior Connor Schulte of Butte, Mont., and Jesse Seliskar of Helena, Mont., have signed Frontier Conference/NAIA Letters of Intent to play for the Bulldogs.

Montana Western men can’t finish Montana-State Northern

The University of Montana Western men’s basketball team traveled to Havre, Mont., to take on Montana State Northern (MSUN) on Thursday, Jan. 9. The UMW men were unable to keep the No. 15 ranked Lights down in the second half losing their game by a score of 52-61.

Montana Western men win two thrillers

DILLON, Mont., Jan. 2-3, 2014 – The Montana Western men’s basketball team took to the court to play two Frontier Conference games. The Orediggers from Montana Tech were the opponents on Thursday night. The Western Bulldogs came out three point winners in double overtime with a score of 94-91.

Montana Western women take split in conference games

DILLON, Mont., Jan. 2-3, 2014 – The Montana Western women’s basketball team split it's latest two Frontier Conference games. The Bulldogs won the opening game versus rival Montana Tech, 57-52. On Friday in the second game of the week the ladies for Montana Western were unable to overcome a Lewis-Clark State College and fell by four points, 49-45.
