University of Montana Western’s Doug Hall has been selected as one athlete who is being profiled on a television show that is airing on all top FOX stations around the country. Some of these markets include New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas.
Hall is a bronc rider on the UMW rodeo team, and his unique story will be featured on the "The Real Winning Edge."
Hall has overcome a fair amount of hardship in pursuit of his higher education and rodeo goals. When he was younger, he lost his mother in a tragic car accident, which also resulted in his father suffering from severe head injuries.
At UMW, Hall is an active member of student senate and a standout on the rodeo team. He is a mentor to other teammates and an active part of the UMW campus.
As part of the filiming of the profile, a crew visited the Montana Western campus and interviewed Hall's coach, friends, teammates and father.
"The Real Winning Edge" is a national television program that profiles various athletes and performers who have had to overcome challenges to achieve their dreams.
