The children of Curious Minds Early Care and Education Center on the UMW campus will be playing on an improved playground after a few of Montana Western's club volunteered their services Tuesday afternoon.
The UMW Driving Team, the Horsemen Club, and members of both the rodeo and equestrian clubs gave the pre-school's playground equipment and makeover with a fresh coat of paint and new rope for the swings. The student volunteers funded the project and spent a few hours painting and reinstalling pieces of the playground. Driving team advisor Margaret Hebel and head rodeo coach Iola "Olie" Else got their hands dirty alongside their students.
