David Abrams to read at Dances with Words

David Abrams, a fiction writer from Butte, Mont., will be the featured reader at the Dec. 2 Dances with Words reading at the University of Montana Western. Abrams' Thursday reading will begin at 7:30 p.m. in UMW’s coffee shop, The Cup, located on the lower level of the Swysgood Technology Center. Abrams' Thursday reading will begin at 7:30 p.m. in UMW’s coffee shop, The Cup, located on the lower level of the Swysgood Technology Center. Abrams is the author of several published short stories and writes reviews for Barnes & Noble's website, among other venues. In May 2010, Abrams' story, "This is Not a Christmas Story," was published in the online journal Narrative. Abrams is currently working on a serio-comic novel set in the Iraqi War scene entitled "Fobbit." Abrams also regularly blogs at www.davidabramsbooks.blogspot.com.
