Self-hypnosis class coming to Montana Western sponsored by P.E.A.C.E.

Unleash the power of your mind in a self-hypnosis class Wednesday, May 20, from 7 to 9 p.m. By Wally Feldt spiralLearn to use the power of your mind in a self-hypnosis class Wednesday, May 20, from 7 to 9 p.m. on the University of Montana Western campus. This introductory class will focus on how to experience hypnosis through hands-on exercises, the mechanics of self-hypnosis, using autosuggestion, and how to develop a personal practice by finding the techniques that are right for you. Participants will learn how to shift old habits and patterns by working with the power of their subconscious. This will include ways to quit smoking, lose weight, improve sleep, relieve stress and tension, and reduce and relieve chronic pain. Patrick Marsolek is facilitating the class. Marsolek is a Clinical Hypnotherapist in Helena and Great Falls and the author of Transform Yourself: A Self-Hypnosis Manual. There is a $15 fee for the class.
