Bulldog Golf Signs Montana Prep Stars

Brandon Coryell of Cut Bank, Mont. and Megan Rose of Seeley Lake, Mont., have signed NAIA/Frontier Conference letters of intent to play golf for the University of Montana Western according to head coach Mark Durham.
Coryell is a 2007 graduate of Cut Bank High School. He carries a 7-handicap and was a three-year golf letterman.
“Brandon is a nice addition to our men’s team,” said Durham. “He has the talent to be in the top eight as a freshman.”
Coryell also participated in basketball where he earned all-conference and all-state honors as Cut Bank won the Class B State Championship.
From the classroom, he earned academic all-state honors in both sports and was selected to the National Honor Society.
Coryell will major in business. He is the son of Mark Coryell and Jamie Coryell.
Rose is a 2007 graduate of Seeley-Swan High School. She was a four-year letterman in golf.
“Megan is a solid golfer,” added Durham. “She is really worked hard to improve her game and we expect good scores from her this fall.”
In addition to golf, she also participated in volleyball and cheerleading. Rose earned academic all-state honors in both golf and volleyball. She was also selected to National Honor Society.
Rose will major in special education. She is the daughter of Loren and Pam Rose.
