Choteau Star Signs With Bulldogs

Kyle Henderson, a 5-11 point guard from Choteau, Mont., has signed a Frontier Conference/NAIA letter of intent to play basketball for the University of Montana Western according to head coach Mark Durham.
Henderson averaged 30.7 points, 7.3 assists and 5.2 steals per game in his senior season. In his career, he averaged 18 points, five assists and four steals. He earned All-Conference and All-State honors.
“Kyle is a very quick, solid point guard,” said Durham. “He is scrappy and we are glad to have him join our program.”
Henderson also participated in football and golf. In football, he earned All-Conference and All-State honors. Henderson was selected to play in the North-South Class B All-Star game where he was selected Defensive captain.
In the classroom, he earned Academic All-State honors and received an award for a high ACT score. Henderson plans to major in business at Montana Western.
He is a 2006 graduate of Choteau High School and the son of John and Carla May.

Polson Hoop Star Signs With Bulldogs

James Langston, a 6-5 forward from Polson, Mont. has signed a Frontier Conference/NAIA letter of intent to play basketball for the University of Montana Western according to head coach Mark Durham.
Langston averaged 19 points, nine rebounds and hit 62% of his field goals in his senior season. He earned first team All-Conference and All-State honors for the Pirates.
“James is a big kid who can develop into a heck of post player in the Frontier Conference,” said Durham.
Langston is a 2006 graduate of Polson High School and the son of Jim and Yvonne Langston. He plans to major in environmental science at Montana Western.
