In her freshman season at Weber, she averaged 6.7 points per game and 5.1 rebounds per game, which ranked 16th in the Big Sky Conference.
“We are thrilled that Becky is transferring to Western,” said Engellant. “Becky had an outstanding two years at Weber State and was one of the best post players in the Big Sky Conference. She is very strong, works hard on both ends of the court and has great footwork. There is no doubt she will be a major impact player and a force in the Frontier Conference. Becky is a great person, a great student and will be a tremendous addition to our program and our campus.”
O'Neil is a 2003 graduate of Flathead County High School of Kalispell. She earned All-Conference and All-State honors in basketball. Flathead won the Class AA championship in both her sophomore and senior seasons. She was the MVP of the 2001 State Tournament.
