Syzygium sandwicensis (`Ohi`a ha)
Myrtaceae
Endemic

Lepidoptera collected from this plant in the Alaka`i Swamp:
It seems likely that S. rara also feeds on S. sandwicensis, but no adults of S. rara were reared.
