We have a new, more organized, way of doing our club budget request. I have made up a Club Budget Request Form that you can use to make sure to give us the most important information we need to pass out the dough.  You may print these off and turn them in by hand or copy and paste into a word document and e-mail them to Chloe at c_mosey@umwestern.edu.  Thank you very much, we hope this will mitigate much of the past confusion. Currently there are changes being made to the budget request form, but for the time being, use the one below.
