In its first year, the MWMC is an all-day event designed to help students and their families move into residence halls on the Montana Western campus.
Community members, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in what we expect to be a fun and fulfilling day of helping new students move into the residence halls, Director of Residence Life Mike Piazzola said. The event will allow participants to meet new students and show them just how great and welcoming the community of Dillon and Montana Western family is.
Participants are asked to sign up online at Montana Western Moving Company and attend a brief orientation on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. in the lobby of residence halls Jordan, Davis and Centennial (JDC). Movers will be given a free t-shirt and details for the day of moving.
The moving day is part of new student orientation that takes place from Thursday, Aug. 25 through Saturday, Aug. 27. The full schedule of orientation times and events can be viewed at Montana Western Moving Company.
Moving shifts available for Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016:
