The University of Montana Western Division of Education welcomes applicants for an Assistant or Associate Professor specializing in Education Foundations. Primary responsibilities will include teaching experientially-based courses related to introduction to education and education foundations in undergraduate and post-baccalaureate programs. Courses will be taught in both online and face-to-face formats. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain professionalism, scholarly productivity, professional service, advising, and committee work.

The successful candidate will:
- hold a doctorate in Education Foundations, Educational Studies, or a related field (ABD will be considered);
- have demonstrated success teaching face-to-face and online courses at the post-secondary level;
- have demonstrated the ability to work well as a member of a team.
The successful candidate may:
- have taught for three or more years in a P-12 setting;
- have experience with accreditation/CAEP.
