How do I make an appointment?

For an after-hours emergency, please call 911 or go to the hospital emergency room.

What if I’m a distance learning student?

eCounseling services are available for distance learning students or for on-campus students who are off campus for any reason. Contact Tasha at the information above to make an appointment or to find out more.

What to Expect when Scheduling

Please provide the counselor with 24-hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We understand that there are times when sickness or emergencies come up.

We recognize we are human, and all make mistakes sometimes; therefore, students will generally be given 2 free passes for no show or late cancellations. After 2 times, we reserve the right to move the student to the bottom of the waitlist. A clinician will contact you once availability opens.

Sessions are typically 45-55 minutes. Please understand that while we make our best effort to meet the expectations of each student client, sometimes we are required to cancel on the same day or even during a session to meet the emergent needs of another student client’s situation. We appreciate your understanding as we work to meet the student body’s shifting priorities.
