Office Decorating Contest
To exemplify the campus Homecoming spirit, all offices are encouraged to decorate their space for the Annual Homecoming Office Decorating Contest. Participating in the contest will not only get your office in the spirit of Homecoming, but also excites students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors.
Homecoming royalty
The purpose of Homecoming Royalty is to recognize and honor students that are nearing the end of their academic time at Montana Western. Ideal nominees for Homecoming Royalty should be enthusiastic, energetic, involved, and in good academic standing. Voting for Homecoming Royalty will open on the morning of Thursday, October 30th and will remain open until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31st.
Nominee Guidelines
- Nominees must be in their Senior year (having enough credits to qualify as Senior status).
- Demonstrated leadership on campus.
- Demonstrated involvement in campus activities.
To nominate a friend, or yourself, for Homecoming Royalty, submit the Homecoming Royalty Nomination Form (below) by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29th.
Bulldog spirit
The purpose of the Bulldog Spirit award is to recognize and honor students that exemplify school spirit and student engagement at Montana Western. Ideal nominees for the Bulldog Spirit award should be enthusiastic, energetic, involved, and in good academic standing. Voting for Bulldog Spirit will open will open on the morning of Thursday, October 30th and will remain open until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31st.

campus food drive
The ASUMW Student Food Pantry provides essential resources to help students who may be facing food insecurity during their time at Montana Western. The student food pantry, located in the SUB basement, is free, confidential, and open 24/7 to all students.
Show your support for the student food pantry by contributing to the campus-wide food drive. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to donate nonperishable food items and personal hygiene products. All collected items will help ensure Montana Western students have access to the resources needed to succeed.
All donations may be brought directly to the ASUMW Office located in the SUB Basement. If you would like to register as a group for your own purposes, please do so using the form below.
