I also understand that an additional $10 late fee may apply if I am submitting it during the late application period for the graduation application semester, regardless of level of degree or certificate.

Application Deadline for Graduation Date *

I understand by submitting this form after the posted deadline for the term which I am applying, my graduation date will automatically be moved to the following term. It is my responsibility to contact the Graduation Coordinator in order to confirm my graduation date and that I will follow set procedures to meet all requirements for my desired graduation date.
