Art instructor Glenn Bodish said Montana Western will welcome 220 high school art students and 29 art teachers from 18 different Montana high schools.
Bodish said this year’s theme is “The Post-Industrial Organic Art Journey” with 56 different art workshops scheduled over the 24 hour period. The workshops will be presented by campus faculty, as well as local and regional artists. Workshops range from mixed media mono-printmaking to underwater wax welding.
The art department will also host a Friday evening dance and art party.
The event will begin at 4 p.m. Friday and run through Saturday afternoon.
