Birthday Cake Request Form

A homemade cake from UMW Dining is the perfect way to remind your loved one you’re thinking of them on their special day. Our 8″ frosted birthday cakes are customizable and feed 4-6 people. Cost for an 8” birthday cake is $15.00. The Campus Events and Conference Services team will collect payment for each order received. 

Please place your order at least 7 days prior to your desired date. If the recipient lives on campus, the individualized birthday cake will be delivered by UMW staff and coordinated with Residence Life. Cakes can also be picked up directly Dining Services, Monday-Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
