Thank you for your interest in hosting an event through the University of Montana Western Campus Events & Conference Services. Please complete this form to help us plan how to meet your event needs. Our staff will contact you to schedule an event consultation to further plan your event.

To ensure we are able to meet your needs and expectations, we require one month notice for larger events (100+ guests) and two weeks’ notice for smaller events. A minimum guest count is required 4 weeks prior to any large event. Any requested changes within 2 weeks of the event date will be subject to product availability and staffing.

We will make every effort to accommodate your event and/or catering order’s requests. Any changes for events or catering orders within 7 days of the event date may be subject to the change fee based on logistical need and availability. Please see our Catering Procedures for more information.

Details about our venues and fees can be found on the main Campus Events & Conference Services webpage. *The Bender Center at Birch Creek has very limited services and dates of availability. Currently the Center does not have potable water.
Please list menu items and quantities you're wanting to order, general information regarding your order, or any special requests for your order or event (example: "would like some sort of buffet", "heavy appetizers with gluten free options", or "8 sack lunches".
I assume the responsibility to return all serving dishes, platters, trays, baskets, utensils, linens, dispensers, chaffing dishes or other equipment included in pick-up orders to UMW Dining Services one day after pick-up unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed with Campus Events & Conference Services staff. Failure to do so, or damage to equipment may result in additional charges.
I understand this form is only an inquiry and is subject to review and approval by the Director of Campus Events & Conference Services. Confirmations will be sent to the email address provided on this form. Preferred venues are assigned as available. Campus Events & Conference Services staff reserve the right to change the location of a reservation if scheduling conditions deem it necessary, at which time the contact person will be notified by phone or e-mail.
