Dear Montana Western Students,

Recently you received an email from Chancellor Weatherby with the Montana Western Healthy Fall 2020 Plan. We are a working hard this summer to create plans to make your experience this fall both healthy and safe as well as a fun and engaging learning experience.

I am writing today with an update on fall courses. Block One will start as planned on Aug. 24 with face to face courses (see the calendar for details). We will also have some courses that are online (which can be completed any time of the day) as well as some remote courses (which will be delivered remotely at the scheduled time). Faculty are working this summer to provide you with immersive Experience One courses, regardless of the mode of delivery. Please pay special attention to the mode of delivery planned for your courses by checking your schedule on Dawgs and continue to check Dawgs throughout July and August for additional updates. Contact the Director of Student Success, Ilene Cohen, with any questions.

It is quiet in Dillon this summer; we are looking forward to seeing you on campus in August.  We know the world will not be back to normal by August, but at Montana Western we are working on making the fall semester a rewarding experience while keeping the health and safety of our community at the forefront.
