To all Montana Western students expecting a refund for this semester,

We wanted to share with you how to see if a refund has been ordered for your account and how you can pick up your refund from the Business Services Office or have it mailed to you for the CARES Act and/or Financial Aid funds.

Check Online: 

• Please check your DAWGS account and see if a refund has been ordered. If a refund has been ordered for your account, you will see “REFC”  in the charge column.Stop By:
  
• We also invite you to stop by the Business Services Office and check with our helpful staff. We currently have CARES and Financial Aid refunds in our office.
• If you are off-campus – please send an email with your name, current mailing address and student ID # to: [email protected] and we will mail it to you.
• If you have a hold on your account – you must take care of the hold before we can release your refund.
