Montana Western Students,
Starting this week, the State of Montana will be offering incentives to students who have gotten their COVID-19 vaccination.
Below is the information regarding the timeline and eligibility for this new program:
- Students who receive at least one COVID-19 vaccine between May 1st and June 20th are eligible to receive a $10 Town Pump gift card.
- Students can either come back to receive their 2nd gift card after getting their second COVID-19 shot, or get 2 gift cards at once if they’ve already received both COVID-19 doses. If they’ve received the J&J vaccine, they are eligible for 2 gift cards.
Students, you can pick up your gift cards at the Dean of Students Center, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please bring your vaccination cards or records for verification.
Please note: If you are not in Dillon over the summer, you can collect your gift cards from any other Montana University Campus. You will need to bring your student ID and vaccination card to retrieve your incentive.
As a reminder, vaccines will be available to all residents 16 years and older through the Beaverhead County Public Health Department (406-683-3203), the Dillon Safeway Pharmacy (406-683-6226), and other medical providers in the community. If you would like to be vaccinated or need your second dose, please contact a provider for an appointment.
