If you are new to DSS and seeking reasonable accommodations, follow these four steps to register with the office.
Step 1: Contact Us
Reach out to DSS using one of the following methods:

Step 2: Receive Consultant Assignment
After you contact DSS and submit your documentation, you’ll receive an email with instructions for scheduling your initial meeting. You can also bring your documentation to this meeting.
Step 3: Schedule an Initial Meeting
Book your appointment via email at: [email protected]. If you need assistance, call us at 406-683-7388.
Step 4: Attend an Initial Meeting
Your 30 to 50-minute meeting (via Teams, phone, or in person) is a collaborative, interactive conversation to discuss how your disability impacts you. This helps the DSS staff determine appropriate accommodations.
