Step 2: Receive Consultant Assignment

After you contact DSS and submit your documentation, you’ll receive an email with instructions for scheduling your initial meeting. You can also bring your documentation to this meeting.

Step 3: Schedule an Initial Meeting

Step 4: Attend an Initial Meeting 

Your 30 to 50-minute meeting (via Teams, phone, or in person) is a collaborative, interactive conversation to discuss how your disability impacts you. This helps the DSS staff determine appropriate accommodations.
