Thank you for your interest in hosting an event through the University of Montana Western Campus Events & Conference Services. Please complete this form to help us plan how to meet your event needs. Our staff will contact you to schedule an event consultation to further plan your event.

To ensure we are able to meet your needs and expectations, we require one month notice for larger events (100+ guests) and two weeks’ notice for smaller events. A minimum guest count is required 4 weeks prior to any large event. Any requested changes within 2 weeks of the event date will be subject to product availability and staffing.

We will make every effort to accommodate your event and/or catering order’s requests. Any changes for events or catering orders within 7 days of the event date may be subject to the change fee based on logistical need and availability. Please see our Catering Procedures for more information.

If you select “No”, please note proof of liability insurance is required for all organizations and individuals not affiliated with UMW while using UMW facilities for events or activities.

If you select “Yes”, please note additional approvals will be required for costs associated with this event or order.

If you select "Yes", please note that additional approvals will be required to serve alcohol at your event.
