Purposes and Definitions
This form provides information to the Registrar's Office to complete room assignments related to COVID-19 as well as provide additional information to students to prepare them for the semester.
Instructional Method Definitions
The following are the definitions for instructional method. As you complete this form please choose the instructional method that primarily aligns with your course.
Face-2-Face (F2F)
Face-to-Face is characterized when instruction occurs in a traditional classroom with face-to-face interaction between the instructor and students, at any local campus or remote site, and includes utilization of technology to enhance the class without reducing student seat-time.
Blended/Hybrid
Blended/Hybrid learning is designed specifically to be delivered partially online and partially through face-to-face (F2F) interaction, typically in the classroom. Both online and F2F interactions are required for the course to be considered blended/hybrid. This delivery is characterized by the expectation of reduced F2F class meeting time when compared to the equivalent credit seat time.
Remote
Remote implies that this course section is offered completely outside of the physical classroom but students are required to meet at a scheduled time, potentially through online resources.
Online Delivery
Online delivery implies the course section is offered completely online and students may participate any time of the day, with no face-to-face, real time interaction between instructors and students.

Instructional Methods and Experiential Learning
The following information will be shared with students through comments in DAWGS course schedule.
Please provide a brief description of how students will experience "Experiential Learning" in this course? This question is especially important for those teaching online or remote.
If you are teaching remote, at what time should the students expect to meet with the class each day?
If you are teaching remote, blended/hybrid, or online, what technology do students need to be able to access in order to participate in your course? (i.e. computers with microphones and cameras; high speed internet)
We have some capability to attach documents to the course description in the catalog and potential through DAWGS course schedule. If you have a syllabus or additional document explaining your class based on your updated instructional method, please upload it to this form.
