COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Request Form for Summer/Fall 2020 Students

The COVID-19 Emergency Assistance fund helps currently enrolled students with extraordinary one-time costs that have arisen as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time the maximum amount of emergency assistance that will be provided from this grant is $800.
Eligibility Requirements Per Federal Regulations:

1.) Have completed FAFSA for 2020-2021

2.) Have a declared major that is eligible for financial aid

3.) Be enrolled in at least 1 credit hour by the first day of the semester in which the student is requesting funds for

4.) Making Satisfactory Academic Progress

5.) Be a citizen or eligible non-citizen

Ineligible Students Per Federal Regulations:

1.) Students enrolled in a completely online program

2.) Students in default of federal student loans

3.) Students who have already received a refund for housing and a meal plan will only be considered for educational-related expenses submitted on the online form
