Financial Aid Office Offers FAFSA Workshops

October 26, 2018

The University of Montana Western’s Financial Aid Office is providing a series of workshops to help Montana Western students and members of the community complete their 2019-2020 Free Applications for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA.

FAFSA Workshops

Current or future college students who have questions or need assistance with completing their FAFSA applications can come to one of four scheduled sessions in November and work with the Montana Western Financial Aid team. All sessions will be held in the Swysgood Technology Center (STC) in room 004 (Multi-Media Lab B).

A FAFSA application needs to be submitted each year in order for students to apply for federal student aid, such as federal grants, work-study, and loans. For more information, visit the FAFSA website.

FAFSA Workshop Session Schedule:

The Financial Aid team also invites Montana Western students to use the computers in the library to complete their FAFSA applications earlier or if the scheduled times don’t fit with their schedules.

If at any point a student needs help with their application, they are invited to stop by the Financial Aid Office or call (866) 869-6668 and the Financial Aid staff will be happy to provide assistance.
