
Entitled “Radical Subjectivity,” the exhibition features the distinct voices of Corwin Clairmont, Jason Elliott Clark, Molly Murphy-Adams, Ernie Pepion, Fritz Scholder, Sara Siestreem, Emmi Whitehorse and Melanie Yazzie.
Assistant Professor of Art and Art History and Gallery Coordinator Aja Mujinga Sherrard will introduce the Exhibition: “Radical Subjectivity: Contemporary Indigenous Artwork from the Missoula Art Museum” with a short lecture on contemporary Indigenous art.
The gallery talk will be from 5 p.m.- 6 p.m in Main Hall room 309 followed by the gallery exhibition reception from 6 p.m – 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Gallery in Main Hall. Admission is free to all that attend. Light refreshments will be provided during the reception.
