Study Spaces

The library provides a variety of rooms for quiet study space, for dynamic group work, and for meeting space. The main floor of the library is a popular meeting space for group study and discussions. The second floor of the library is designated as a quiet area. There are several small study rooms in the basement of the library for student use, including a leisure reading room filled with current popular fiction.

Montana Room

Located on the second floor of the library, the Montana room can be reserved for meetings, classes, or group projects. The room features a complete collection of Bannack Days posters, making for an inviting space. UMW patrons can book this space by sending a meeting request (Outlook or Office 365) to Montana Room, found in the Global Address List. Library Conference Room

Located on the second floor of the library this large room can be partitioned into two rooms and can be reserved for meetings, classes, or group projects. Study Rooms 006A and 006B

Located in the basement, across from Career Services and the Learning Center, these two study rooms are open and available for use anytime during library hours. Patrons do not need to reserve the spaces ahead of time.

Library 001
