The University of Montana Western Career Services Office would like to invite all interested employers and UMW students to the 2024 Career Fair on Tuesday, March 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Lewis & Clark Room located in Mathews Hall.
Employer Registration
The Montana Western Career Fair is a great opportunity for employers to connect with UMW students seeking internships, employment, and future career opportunities. All UMW majors will be represented, allowing recruiters to engage with students from various academic disciplines. Employers are welcome to bring branded merchandise/swag items to hand out and promote their business or organization.
To register for the event, please complete the online registration form: https://www.umwestern.edu/career-fair/employer-registration/. The cost for one table is $75, and additional tables can be requested for $25. Employers that attended the Job Expo last fall are welcome to attend free of charge.
A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided for two attendees per exhibiting employer. Additional team members can enjoy the breakfast and lunch for $15 per person.

Student Registration
The Montana Western Career Fair presents a valuable opportunity for students to connect with potential employers and explore internships and part-time job opportunities. It is recommended that all students bring copies of their current resume and cover letter to the event.
