First Year Experience (FYE) classes are designed to help our TRIO freshmen transition to Montana Western and gain the skills and knowledge it takes to be successful college students.
Participation in the FYE is mandatory for all incoming freshman, or transfer students with fewer than 30 college credits. FYE participants attend one class per week with guest speakers and TRIO staff presenting on a range of topics. The class is Fall Semester only and participants receive one credit.
