UMW STUDENT CADY BROWN SELECTED FOR PRESTIGIOUS NATIONAL FARM BUREAU INTERNSHIP
This summer, University of Montana Western student Cady Brown will take her passion for agriculture to the national stage through the American Farm Bureau Federation's Leadership, Education, and Engagement Internship in Washington, D.C.
UMW FINE ARTS DEPARTMENTS HOSTS SUMMER THEATRE WORKSHOPS AND FILM ACTING INTENSIVE
The University of Montana Western’s Fine Arts Department is excited to offer two engaging summer programs for performers of all ages and experience levels, including a week of hands-on theatre workshops from July 21–25 and a new Film Acting Intensive from August 1–8.
UMW ALUMNA AND LAW SCHOOL GRADUATE RYLEE DOLVEN SHARES HER POST-GRADUATION EXPERIENCE
Rylee Dolven, a 2017 graduate of the University of Montana Western with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, returned to campus to speak with students about her journey after graduation. Rylee earned her law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2021 and now works for a civil litigation firm in Boise, Idaho.
UMW PROVOST DR. JOHNNY MACLEAN NAMED CHANCELLOR OF MONTANA TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY
The University of Montana Western has announced that Dr. Johnny MacLean, Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, has been appointed as Chancellor of Montana Technological University. Dr. MacLean will begin his new role this summer.
