Senior wide receiver Nate Simkins was named Associated Press (AP) NAIA Second Team All-American.

God’s Country, with scenes filmed at the University of Montana Western last spring, has been selected to premiere at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival in January in Park City, Utah.
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT SERVICES AT MONTANA WESTERN
During the fall semester, the University of Montana Western added new online counseling and mental health resources for students, faculty, and staff, and welcomed Morgan Bialis to the university counseling team. Counseling services are available year-round for students, including during the winter break.
